Quantum Echo is a wellness platform used by clinics and wellness professionals ("your clinic") to follow their clients. This policy explains which personal data the Quantum Echo app and website process, why, and what you can do about it.
Who is responsible
Your clinic decides why and how your wellness records are used and is the data controller for them. VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL LLC (30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA) publishes and operates the Quantum Echo app and platform and processes those data on behalf of your clinic.

What we process
- Account data: name, email, phone, address, city, postcode, country, gender, date and place of birth and profile photo, entered by your clinic or by you.
- Wellness data: your daily check-ins (mood, sleep, energy and optional notes), the surveys before and after a treatment, your comments, how much of each audio program you played, and the notes, goals, evaluation results and product recommendations your operator records.
- Messages you exchange with your operators in the app.
- Technical data: IP address, browser or device type, login times and the security cookies that keep you signed in. Servers keep short technical logs to protect the service.
The store app keeps your reminder settings only on your phone. It does not collect advertising identifiers, location or contacts, and it contains no advertising or third-party analytics.
Why
- To provide the service your clinic offers you: your treatments, check-ins, surveys, messages and progress (performance of the service).
- To keep accounts secure and the service working (legitimate interest).
- To meet legal obligations of your clinic or of the publisher.
Wellness data are processed only to provide the service to you and your clinic. We never sell personal data and never use it for advertising.
Where the data are and who can see them
Data are stored on servers in the European Union. Network traffic passes through Cloudflare, a content delivery and security provider. The pages load their fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser type when a page opens. When email is enabled, messages are sent through an email provider. Inside Quantum Echo, your data are visible only to the staff of your clinic who work with you, to your clinic's administrators, and to the platform administrators who operate the service.
How long
Data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your app account, your login is deleted: the name, email, phone, address, profile photo and settings stored with it are removed and you are signed out on every device. Your clinic keeps its own client file about you (the contact details it holds, your wellness records and the messages you exchanged, shown as "Deleted user"); ask your clinic if you want it erased. Technical logs are deleted after a short period.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict or object to their use, and you can complain to your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). Clients can delete their app account themselves in Settings, Security, "Delete my account"; clinic staff ask their clinic administrator (see the Support page).
Children
Quantum Echo is intended for adults and is not directed at children. A minor can use it only through their clinic and with the consent of a parent or guardian.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version is published on this page with a new date.
