Quantum Echo is provided by VIRTUS INTERNATIONAL LLC to clinics and wellness professionals, who give their clients access to it. By using the app or the website you accept these terms.
A wellness tool, not medical care
Quantum Echo supports wellness and relaxation programs chosen by your clinic. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease and it is not a medical device. The audio programs are sound programs for relaxation and wellbeing. Do not use Quantum Echo instead of medical advice, and never stop or change a treatment prescribed by your doctor because of it. Listen at a comfortable volume and stop if you feel discomfort.
Your account
Accounts are created by your clinic, which sends you an invitation to choose your password. Keep your password private. Your clinic can suspend your access, and we can suspend accounts that are misused or that put the service at risk.
Using the service
Use Quantum Echo only for its purpose and in line with the law. Do not try to access other people's data, interfere with the service or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.
Your clinic's advice
Programs, recommendations and messages come from your clinic and its professionals, who are responsible for them.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Quantum Echo available and secure, but it may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or reasons outside our control. Features can change over time.
Liability
To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions taken on the basis of the content provided by your clinic. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
